Let's suppose you have an email account which you have used for a while. There are probably hundreds of messages stored in your inbox. The software is very simple to install and can be run from most versions of the Windows operating system, including XP and Windows 7.

Any user can get familiar with the interface of MailStore Home because all the options are placed where they should, being very easy to find and access. For the archiving process to begin, one has to create a new email account. This requires entering some information, like the email address and password. At this point, MailStore Home will try to automatically detect all the email account settings. If this is not possible, the user will have to fill in the email server manually.

After the configuration process is complete, the program will download all the messages stored in the mailbox. The user can quickly find a desired message and can export all of them as various file types, compatible with most of the email clients available, like MS Outlook or Thunderbird.
